Our approach
AKICA is a private partnership built on two disciplines: advisory work for operating companies, and long-term investment of our own capital.
As investors, we hold long horizons, insist on a margin of safety, and stay within businesses we understand. We would rather own a few excellent companies for years than trade many for months.
As advisors, we bring operating experience from technology, healthcare, and consumer sectors. We take on a small number of engagements where that experience gives a client a genuine edge.
